HELP
   Please make sure you are using one of these common browser set ups.
   1. For PCs, use a Pentium 3 computer or higher. Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher.
   2. For MAC users use a current MAC operating system running Safari browser.
   This System uses JavaScript and it needs to be enabled on the browser. For this purpose please check that your browser has following settings:
By opening Internet Explorer go to:
   Tools -> Internet Options -> Security Tab -> Custom Level
   Or
   In the Security Settings Window of your browser, scroll down to Scripting, if the active scripting is disabled, please enable it.
  
   Click Ok and Apply to save the changes.   
  
   If you cannot see an item when you select it from a course plan.
   For the best performance please disable your Pop-up blockers and allow cookies while using the BrainX system
   If you are not sure click the control key when you select a line item. The control key disables your pop-up blocker. If you have other toolbars such as Yahoo or Google you will need to disable the pop-up blocker on those toolbars as well as the pop-up blocker on your browser.
   You can re-engage your pop-up blockers after you close the system, just remember to turn them off again the next time you start open your system.
   Also
   Make sure you have closed and logged out of every other application. This makes any computer work better for you!
   Videos don’t play correctly or don’t play at all
   If you are having problems with any video or audio file please do the following:
   Open your browser. Select Tools > Internet Options. Click the Advanced tab. Scroll down to the setting for either Microsoft VM or Java VM. Make sure that ALL 3 boxes are checked (java console, java logging,JIT compiler). Make sure to enable all 3.
   Also
   Look for a Java (SUN) setting and make sure that it is DISABLED (unchecked). Once the proper settings are changed, click the Apply button in the lower right hand corner of the Options window (if you can), click OK.
   Then, shut down your system, and then turn it back on. Re-enter the site and try your course again.
